10 total individual one on one NLP sessions with you and Kelli. You can schedule these weekly, bi-weekly or use them as needed. Remember consistency is key to making shift happen.
Connection and community is KEY in healing.
Optional: Bi-Weekly group coaching calls with other NLP clients that are also going through the coaching program. You get access to this group for 3 months or for as long as you're a client of Kelli's, so a total of 6 sessions for the initial investment.
These are additional training sessions in a group setting which you can learn more tools that we are not able to get to in your 1:1 coaching sessions. Peer support is a very valuable part of change and resiliency. Find your tribe that understands what you're going through because you are not alone anymore!! We've got you!
Peer support was associated with statistically significant improvements in glycemic control, blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI/weight, physical activity, self-efficacy, depression, and perceived social support.
Voxer (communication app) office hours 2 times per week with Kelli to be able to ask any questions or concerns that may come up in-between sessions. You can use the app outside these hours and Kelli will respond during office hours unless is an emergency or crisis situation. We will address this once in the coaching program.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP is about how the language of the mind creates the programs we run in life. When you know this, you can enhance what is working, change what isn’t and create new beneficial programs of emotion, behaviour and thoughts.
NLP helps create more choice and wholeness. Ultimately, with NLP you are learning how your mind works – and in turn other people’s minds. In essence everything we interact with (see, hear, touch, taste, smell, think) creates a chemical reaction which triggers a response. What if you can learn how to purposefully alter those chemicals and therefore your responses? That, is NLP.
NLP can work quickly if you are willing to explore the unconsious mind during the 1:1 sessions. As a coach we do not need a ton of content unless you feel it is important. This is for you to understand what you need, not so much for me as your coach. I just need enough to understand how to guide you.
Through the simple yet profound techniques that make NLP so powerful, you can eliminate unwanted habits, transform negative emotions into positive feelings, improve the way you see yourself, enhance your self-esteem and become the person you want to be.
The average time frame per event or situation to be able to make a shift is 6-10 sessions depending on what we are trying to accomplish. However most people start to make shifts from day 1.
